Cece, Thank you. It is is not off topic. It is actually right in line with my point. When some experience some form of marginalization (blacks, women, etc.), it is on the “dominant” group to understand that and in situations where the dynamic might result in uneasiness, the onus is on the “dominant” group to adjust accordingly, and not the other way around. Thank you again.
